On the Donor

In 1995, the Hong Kong & Kowloon Electrical Appliances Merchants Association Ltd. donated a sum to The University of Hong Kong for the establishment of the Hong Kong & Kowloon Electrical Appliances Mechants Association Limited Scholarship Fund. support the students studying the Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Purpose and Scope

Starting from the academic year 2016-17, the Scholarship shall be awarded to one undergraduate beginning the second year of the Bachelor of Engineering curriculum in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Selection criteria:

• academic merit;
• leadership qualities; and
• interest in extra-curricular activities
