On the Donor
The Hong Kong Chiu Chow Chamber of Commerce Scholarships was eatablished in 1921 which is the oldest Chiu Chow business organisation in Hong Kong. In 2001, the Chamber set up a scholarship at The University of Hong Kong to recognise outstanding students in any year of study and any discipline with an annual donation.
Purpose and Scope
The scholarship shall be awarded on the basis of academic merit. Financial need will also be considered.
Note:- Applications are usually accepted in Semester One of each academic year.
- Applications for the 2025-26 Scholarship will open in late August 2025 and close in late September 2025. Results are expected to be available around June/July 2026.
