Li Shu Fan Medical Foundation Clinical Scholarship

On the Donor

Since 1963, the Li Shu Fan Medical Foundation (李樹芬醫學基金會) has been supporting MBBS students with Scholarship, Bursaries and Prizes. The late Dr. Li Shu Fan was formerly the Chairman of Board of Directors as well as the Superintendent of the Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital. In 2022, in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital, the Foundation pledged a donation injection to further its support of students of the LKS Faculty of Medicine.

Purpose and Scope

The Scholarship shall be made annually to MBBS students entering their Clinical Years, i.e. Year 4 on the basis of academic merit. 

The value of Scholarship shall be HK$10,000 each and the Scholarship shall be tenable for the remainder of the normative study period subject to satisfactory academic performance being maintained.
