Morse Scholarship

In 1987, the Morse Scholarship was established to support Medical students. The scholarship shall be awarded to a Year 3 MBBS student and tenable for normative period of study, subject to satisfactory academic performance being maintained. 

Purpose and Scope

The scholarship shall be awarded on the basis of academic merit, and financial need if the candidates are of equal merit.

• Applications are usually accepted in Semester One of each academic year.
• Applications for the 2025-26 Scholarship will open in late August 2025 and close in late September 2025. Results are expected to be available around June/July 2026.
