Ng Fung Chow Memorial Scholarship, The

On the Donor

In 2005, family members of the late Mr Ng Fung Chow agreed to provide a scholarship for students registered for the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at the University of Hong Kong.

The scholarship shall be awarded to a full-time PCLL student who is admitted to the programme on a self-funded basis.

Purpose and Scope

The scholarship shall be awarded to a student who has demonstrated outstanding academic achievements and who has proven financial difficulties in meeting the payment of the tuition fees of the PCLL programme.
