The To Wai-Ting Scholarship was established in 1981 by Mrs Alma Wen in memory of her
father.

Purpose and Scope
One scholarship shall be awarded each year to a BDS II student on the basis of
performance in the BDS I Assessment at his/her first attempt. Where candidates are
considered to be of equal merit, preference shall be given to the one in greater financial
need.
3. The Scholarship shall be of the value of the Hong Kong Dollar equivalent of US$500.
