The Chater Memorial Scholarship was established in 1928 from fund raised by public subscriptions in memory of the late Sir Paul Chater. The purpose of the Scholarship is to assist deserving students to study at The University of Hong Kong.
The Scholarship shall be awarded to selected local undergraduate student(s) beginning the second year of a degree course in any Faculty, on the basis of academic merit. Financial need may also be taken into consideration.
