Mechanical Engineering Scholarship for Undergraduate Students

In 2009, the Department of Mechanical Engineering under the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Hong Kong established a Scholarship for students from the Mainland China, who have been admitted to the Mechanical Engineering Department. From the academic year 2015-16, the Scholarship was extended to all students reading for the degree of B.Eng. degree curriculum in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Building Services Engineering).

Purpose and Scope

Six scholarships shall be awarded annually to undergraduates in any year of study following the B.Eng. degree curriculum in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Building Services Engineering), on the basis of academic merit with a GPA of 3.55 or above in the award year of study.
