1972 Law Graduates Scholarships

On the Donor

In 2013, a group of law alumni from the class of 1972, being the first batch of law graduates of The University of Hong Kong(“the Donor”), together donated a sum to establish the “1972 Law Graduates Scholarship” in support of LL.B. (including LL.B.double degrees) student(s)requiring financial assistance to go on exchange for one semester or an entire academic year.

 

Purpose and Scope

The value of the Scholarship shall be:
1/  up to a maximum of HK$25,000 per student for one semester on exchange and up to a maximum of two such students qualified for the Scholarship for that year or
2/ HK$50,000 for one such student for one full academic year on exchange.

The Scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and financial need.
