On the Donor

In December 2012, Dr Robert Ching Ting Yiu, Warden of R C Lee hall, generously donated a sum to set up a scholarship for students residing in R C Lee Hall.

By taking the lead to give, Dr Chung wished to gather more support from the R C Lee Hall alumni in support of the Fund. As of December 2013, a further donation was raised in support of this scholarship, which is to be named the “R C Lee Hall Alumni Association Scholarships”.

Purpose and Scope

The Scholarships shall be awarded to undergraduate students in any faculty who fulfil the following criteria:

• Be a resident at RC Lee Hall (for a consecutive period of not less than a year);
• Academic merit (a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or top 15% class ranking); and 
• Be innovative and demonstrate initiatives in leading and contributing to societal development.
