On the Donor

In 2014, the Lu brothers who are both HKU alumni and past Riccians, David Lu [BSc(Eng) 1968] and Nelson Lu [BSc(Eng) 1970] donated a sum to set up a scholarship for students residing at Ricci Hall. The Scholarship shall be established in memory of their late mother, Madam Lu Chan Miu-Han.

Purpose and Scope

Up to three awards shall be made each year to full-time undergraduate students in any faculty at any year of study who filful the following selection criteria:

• Being a resident at Ricci Hall;
• Academic merit;
• Demonstrated track record or potential in leading or facilitating hall culture; and
• Financial need

Value of Award	HK$12,500 each
