On the Donor
In 2016, partners of ChinaHongKong IP Limited（中港知識產權有限公司）donated a sum to set up a Scholarship in recognition and support of deserving and needy students from the Faculties of Arts and Social Sciences. Amongst the company partners, five are Arts, Social Sciences and Law alumni of the University. It is hoped that with this gift to contribute back to their alma mater, students can use the scholarship money to enrich their learning experience while they are at university, and that after graduation they will be ready to embrace new challenges in life with resilience. The first awards were made in the academic year 2016-17.
Purpose and Scope
The Scholarship shall be awarded to non-first year undergraduate students of Arts and Social Sciences faculties.
Selection Criteria:
- Academic merit (cGPA of 3.0 or above);
- Financial need (students need to be recipients of Government Grant)
