On the Donor
Fargo Wealth Group Limited (華港財富集團有限公司) (“the donor”) was set up by a
group of alumni from the Master of Economics and Master of Finance Programmes. To
recognize the achievement of students with outstanding overall performance and their
contributions to the community of the Faculty’s taught masters programmes, a scholarship with
an initial donation amount of HK$200,000 from the donor was established in 2016.

To recognize the achievement of students with outstanding overall performance and their contributions to the community of the Faculty’s taught masters programmes, a Scholarship was established in 2016 with an initial donation.
Purpose and Scope
Ten scholarships shall be awarded each year to full-time Year One students of Master of
Accounting, Master of Economics, Master of Finance, Master of Global Management,
Master of Science in Business Analytics and Master of Science in Marketing, on the basis
of academic performance in the respective programme and contributions to the
community of the respective masters programme.
Up to ten scholarships shall be awarded each year to full-time year one students of all specialized masters programmes in the Faculty, on the basis of academic performance and contributions to the community of the respective master’s programme.
