On the Donor

In 2017, the Tin Ka Ping Foundation pledged a generous gift to establish a fund in support of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) students and experiential learning activities of Taught Postgraduate (TPg) as well as Undergraduate (UG) students at the Faculty of Education.

Purpose and Scope

The Fellowship shall be awarded to full-time PhD students in the Faculty of Education, primarily on the basis of academic merit. Candidates' financial situation may also be taken into consideration.

Preference will be given to students from the Chinese Mainland or with a research interest related to the Chinese Mainland.

Value of Award	To be determined by Selection Committee
Renewal Conditions	Subject to satisfactory academic progress and continuous registration as a full-time PhD student at the Faculty of Education.
