On the Donor

The new graduating classes have a tradition of giving back to The University of Hong Kong when they celebrate the completion of their academic journeys.  Through a collective effort, some of these gifts are combined in a central pool known as the “HKU Class Giving Scholarship Fund”.

Purpose and Scope

The “HKU Class Giving Scholarship Fund” shall be deployed to support central scholarship or student grant schemes operating at a university-wide level for undergraduate and/or postgraduate students

These schemes include (but not limited to the following):
i) Admission-related scholarship schemes
ii) Student exchange scholarship scheme
iii) First-in-the-Family Education Fund
