In 2017, Linklaters Hong Kong established the "Linklaters (Marc Harvey) Scholarship" to honor the contribution of Mr Marc Harvey at Linklaters Hong Kong. The purpose of the scholarship is to support talented law student(s) with financial difficulties studying at the University of Hong Kong. The scholarship shall be awarded from the academic year 2017-18.
For 2017-18, one new scholarship, tenable for two years subject to satisfactory progress, shall be awarded to a first year undergraduate law student and one new scholarship, tenable for one year only, shall be awarded to a second year undergraduate law student.
From 2018-19 onwards, one new scholarship, tenable for two years subject to satisfactory progress, shall be awarded to a first year undergraduate law student. The second scholarship shall normally be renewed and given to the scholar from the previous year if satisfactory progress has been made.

- Academic merit
- Financial need
- Interview performance (if any)
Each scholarship shall consist of a cash award of HK$10,000 and at least one unpaid summer placement, for a duration of two weeks, at Linklaters Hong Kong.
