Academic Elite Scholarship in Nursing

In 2018, the School of Nursing of the LKS Faculty of Medicine established an Academic Elite Scholarship in Nursing, for students admitted to the Bachelor of Nursing (Full-time) Programme, who have achieved outstanding HKDSE scores and demonstrated academic excellence throughout their study.

Purpose and Scope

The Scholarship shall be awarded annually to students admitted to BNurs through JUPAS, who have attained a score of 31 or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (“HKDSE”) Examination and who have successfully completed their first year of studies.

The Scholarship shall be tenable for a maximum of five years, provided that the awardee remains a student of BNurs and has achieved a Year GPA of 3.4 or above in the preceding academic year (for renewal in Years II – V).

Value of Award	The value of the Scholarship shall be equivalent to the composition fee paid by the awardee.
