Entrance Scholarship for the Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics

In 2019, the Centre for Applied English Studies established an Entrance Scholarship for students of the Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics programme to recognise their outstanding achievements upon admission.
Purpose and Scope
Four scholarships shall be awarded annually to new students of the Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics programme on the basis of academic merit and financial need upon admission. Out of the four scholarships, two shall be for full-time students and the other two for part-time students.
The Scholarship shall be of the value of HK$15,000 each.
Awardees shall not receive any other scholarships concurrently from the University throughout their studies in the Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics programme.
