Faculty of Architecture Scholarship for Architecture Students, The

In 2019, the Faculty of Architecture Scholarship for MArch(Design) Students was established to attract the best students to apply for admission into this new taught postgraduate programme .  The first award was made in 2019-20. In March 2020, the scope of the scholarship was expanded to cover other undergraduate and taught postgraduate programmes under the Department of Architecture.  

Purpose and Scope

The Scholarship shall be awarded to the deserving students, based on academic merit, who have been offered admission into the BA(AS), BASc(Design+), MArch, or MArch(Design) programme.   

The number and exact value of the scholarships to be awarded each year shall be determined by the Selection Committee, based on the academic merit of eligible students and funding available at the time.
