In 2019, Mrs May Wong donated HK$1M to set up a scholarship enrichment scheme in
memory of her late husband, Mr Wong Chan Wah. The Scholarship will enable
undergraduate students of the Department of Architecture to take part in overseas learning
activities such as, but not limited to, academic exchange, study tours (field trips), and
experiential learning activities.

Purpose and Scope
The Scholarship shall be awarded to undergraduate students of the Department of
Architecture on the basis of academic merit, and the proposed activity.
3. Each scholarship shall be of the value between HK$10,000 to HK$50,000, and the total
value of all scholarships awarded each year should not exceed HK$100,000.
