Gratitude Scholarship, The

On the Donor

In September 2019, The Tsangs pledged HK$300,000 in support of a scholarship
for student enrichment. They hope that the Scholarship can support deserving
and needy students to gain exposure to learning opportunities outside Hong
Kong. The Tsang family’s close connection to the University is generational, as Mr
Tsang is an Arts alumnus, his wife is a Social Sciences alumna, and their two sons
are both law alumni. The Scholarship represents a way to show their gratitude to
their alma mater, an encouragement for the next generation of students to thrive
in their own way and if and when become affordable in the future they can be
inspired to be grateful and contribute to the alma mater and society too likewise.
