Mary Hui Ling Li Memorial Scholarship, Dr.
On the Donor
In 1971, Mr Kwei Wah Shan (桂華山) donated a sum to establish a Scholarship and a Prize in the Medical Faculty in memory of his late wife, Dr Mary Li Hui Ling (李惠齡).
Purpose and Scope
The Scholarship shall be awarded annually to MBBS students of any year in the Medical Faculty on the basis of academic merit. Where candidates are of equal merit, preference shall be given to candidates of Christian faith.
The value of Scholarship shall be HK$10,000 each. The exact number of scholarships shall be
determined by a Selection Committee.
The Scholarship may be held concurrently with other scholarships, provided that the total value of the awards received does not exceed
the maximum amount stipulated by the Senate each year.
