In 2020, the Curriculum Committee of Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Global Health
and Development [BASc(GHD)] programme established an Entrance Scholarship to provide
support on the tuition fee for meritorious local students with capabilities and character for global
health leadership and excellent scholastic achievements.

Purpose and Scope
Up to four scholarships shall be awarded each year to local students admitted to the
BASc(GHD) programme, primarily on the basis of academic merit at the time of admission,
and secondly on the interview performance.
