HKU Business School – Raffles Family Office Future Leader Scholarship

On the Donor

In 2022, Raffles Family Office pledged an annual donation of HK$200,000 for 10 years, from June 
2022 to establish a Scholarship to support local undergraduates in the HKU Business School. The 
Faculty of Business and Economics will provide a matching fund of HK$200,000 each year towards 
this donation, bringing the total scholarship fund to HK$400,000 per year.

Purpose and Scope

Up to 20 scholarships shall be made annually to full-time local Year 2 or Year 3 undergraduate 
students who are studying in the HKU Business School with no record of academic misconduct, 
and have completed at least two regular semesters of study at the time of application, on the 
basis of academic merit with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or top 15% ranking in their degree 
cohort. 
 
 
 
3. The Scholarship shall be of the value of HK$20,000 each. Each recipient can only receive the 
Scholarship once throughout his/her undergraduate studies.
