HKU Business School – BOC Life Future Leader Scholarship

On the Donor

In 2022, BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited (“BOC Life”), as the sponsor, initially pledged an annual sponsorship for two academic years to establish a Scholarship for local undergraduates in the Faculty of Business and Economics, and continued to support the Scholarship for an additional two years in 2024. In March 2026, BOC Life pledged to continue to support the Scholarship for a further two years. The Faculty shall once again provide a matching fund each year towards the sponsorship.

Purpose and Scope

Up to 20 scholarships shall be made annually to full-time local Year 2 or Year 3 undergraduate students who are studying in the Faculty of Business and Economics with no record of academic misconduct, and have completed at least two regular semesters of study at the time of application, on the basis of academic merit with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or top 15% ranking in their degree cohort. 
 
The Scholarship shall be of the value of HK$20,000 each. Each recipient can only receive the Scholarship once throughout his/her undergraduate studies.
