In August 2022, alumnus Kenny Tung (BEd 2013; MSocSc 2017) pledged HK$200,000
to support undergraduate students with good academic performance and financial
difficulties. The Scholarship aims to foster students’ sense of gratitude and
encourage them to pay it forward.

Purpose and Scope
Up to 4 scholarships shall be awarded each year to undergraduate
students, on the basis of the following criteria:
• academic merit with a CGPA of 3.0 or above as at the end of
Semester 1; and
• financial need.
3. The Scholarship shall be of the value of HK$10,000 each.

Note:- Applications are usually accepted in Semester One of each academic year.
- Applications for the 2024-25 Scholarship will open in late August 2024 and close in late September 2024. Results are expected to be available around June/July 2025.
