Family of KH Poon Scholarship in Data Science and Engineering
On the Donor
Two scholarships shall be awarded annually to full-time students of Year 2 or above who
are pursuing the BEng(DS&E) degree programme in the Department of Computer
Science, on the basis of academic merit.
In 2023, family of the late Mr. Kwong Hung POON, a HKU graduate of 1954, pledged to donate a sum to establish a Scholarship for students of Year 2 or above pursuing the Bachelor of Engineering in Data Science and Engineering (BEng(DS&E)) degree programme in the Department of Computer Science.
Purpose and Scope
Two scholarships shall be awarded annually to full-time students of Year 2 or above who are pursuing the BEng(DS&E) degree programme in the Department of Computer Science, on the basis of academic merit.
