In 2023, the Faculty of Engineering established the “Entrance Scholarship for Undergraduate
Engineering Students” as an initiative to attract high caliber students to study undergraduate
programmes. The Scholarship shall be awarded from the academic year 2023-24 under the following
regulations:

Purpose and Scope
Up to 15 scholarships shall be awarded annually to first year full-time undergraduate students
enrolled in UGC-funded programmes at the Faculty of Engineering on the basis of their academic
performance at prevailing public examinations for admissions to the University.
