On the Donor

In November 2023, alumnus Mr David Mok Kwun Cheung (BSc 1973; BChinMed 2006) pledged a donation in support of the Pay It Forward Scholarship Campaign to establish the “Virginia & David K.C. Mok Scholarship (莫均祥李楨華獎學金)”. Mr Mok wishes to give back to his alma mater and support undergraduate students at the Faculty of Science and the School of Chinese Medicine to pursue academic excellence.

Purpose and Scope

Two scholarships shall be awarded each year to full-time undergraduate students on the basis of academic merit with a CGPA of 3.0 or above and the following criteria:

• One award to a Year 2 student studying the Bachelor of Science programme in any Chemistry or Biology related discipline in Faculty of Science; and 

• One award to a Year 5 student studying the Bachelor of Chinese Medicine programme under the School of Chinese Medicine.
