D. H. Chen Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship in Buddhist Counselling, The

On the Donor

In 2023, The D. H. Chen Foundation pledged an annual donation for an initial period of three years to the Centre of Buddhist Studies (CBS), establishing a Scholarship to support students of the Master of Buddhist Counselling (MBC) programme.

Purpose and Scope

The Scholarship shall be awarded annually to students of the MBC programme based on academic merit and financial need. An interview may be conducted if necessary, and the interview performance shall be taken into consideration.

The exact award value and the number of awards to be made each year shall be determined by the Selection Committee based on funding availability. In any event, the value of each scholarship shall be not less than HK$10,000.
