coinciding with HKUMed’s upcoming 140th anniversary celebrations from 2026 to 2027.
The Scholarship shall be awarded annually to full-time MBBS students participating in overseas
learning activities including but not limited to intercalated degrees, clinical attachments and
research attachments as duly approved by the Medical Faculty.
Up to five scholarships, each in the range of HK$10,000 to HK$100,000 shall be made each year.
The exact value of each scholarship and number of scholarships shall be determined by a
Selection Committee on the basis of academic merit, activity location/duration, and financial need.
Preference shall be given to students engaged in learning activities at the University of Cambridge
