Lo Tat Kwan Memorial Scholarship

On the Donor

In March 2026, Mrs Amy Kwan pledged a donation to set up a Scholarship in honour of her late father - Mr LO Tat Kwan (羅達群先生). The Scholarship aims to support outstanding undergraduate students who study Chinese Language and Literature and/or Chinese History and Culture at the School of Chinese.

Purpose and Scope

Four scholarships shall be awarded each year to full-time undergraduate students, with at least two awards allocated to local students. The Scholarship shall be tenable by students who are pursuing a major in the programmes listed in the table below, based on academic merit.

* Eligible students can only receive either the award for Chinese Language and Literature or the award for Chinese History and Culture in the same academic year.
