On the Donor
In 2026, the Louis K. Y. Leung Education Foundation pledged an annual donation to establish scholarships in support of full-time final year undergraduates in the Faculty of Education at The University of Hong Kong (HKU) for an initial period of three years.
Purpose and Scope
A total of 15 scholarships shall be awarded annually to the top 15 full-time final year students enrolled in any of the following eight undergraduate programmes, who have achieved the highest Graduation Grade Point Average (GGPA) with a minimum GGPA of 3.60, and are in “good standing”:
- Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education in Language Education – English
- Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education in Language Education – Chinese
- Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Science
- Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education and Special Education
- Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology
- Bachelor of Science in Information Management
- Bachelor of Science in Applied Child Development
- Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Social Data Science
