HKU Faculty of Engineering MSc Global Scholarship

On the Donor

In 2026, the Faculty of Engineering established the “HKU Faculty of Engineering MSc Global Scholarship”, with a view to attract high-calibre non-local students to study MSc(Eng) programmes and to enhance the diversity of the student population.

Purpose and Scope

The Scholarship shall be awarded annually to first-year full-time and part-time non-local students enrolled in MSc(Eng) programmes, based on their academic merit and relevant professional experience.

The value of each Scholarship shall be equivalent to 50% of the annual composition fee payable by a non-local student enrolled in an MSc(Eng) programme. The number of awards made each year shall be determined by the Selection Committee, subject to funding availability.
