In 1992, the Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) agreed to establish
a scholarship to be awarded annually with effect from 1992-93. The Scholarship aims
to encourage students to pursue further studies or career in IT field. In 2004, the name
of the scholarship was changed to "HKMA Information Technology Management
Club Scholarship". In 2016, the name was modified to “HKMA IT Management Club
Scholarship”. In 2022, the Scholarship was renamed as “HKMA Information
Communication Technology Management Club Scholarship”

Purpose and Scope
One scholarship shall be awarded to a full-time final year undergraduate
student studying in Computer Science, Information Technology and Services,
or related programmes.

- Academic performance;
- Achievements in non-academic field; and
- Services to the University or the community
